​​When the office is closed, you may leave a message for your doctor, which will be returned during the next business day.  For urgent matters, follow the emergency instructions on your doctor's voicemail message.  In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Parking

On-site parking is available in the front of the building.  Upon arriving in the lot, patients should scan the QR code via smartphone.  Patients will then enter their license plate and credit card information.  Once registered, at future visits, upon scanning the QR code, patients will automatically be billed for the parking session.

First 20 minutes:                Free
20 minutes – 1 hour:          $2.00
1 – 2 hours:                       $4.00
2 – 3 hours:                       $6.00
3 hours – Maximum:           $8.00
