Meet Dr. Horn
Dr. Horn practices general adult psychiatry and is valued for spending the time needed with his patients to create solutions tailored for them. He prescribes medications, engages with patients in psychotherapy and works closely with other psychotherapists.
He has been practicing psychiatry in Maryland since 2000. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1995 and completed his psychiatric residency at Duke University Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Horn is a Diplomate of The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a member of the Washington Psychiatric Society.

Insurance Information
Dr. Horn does not directly participate with any insurance companies. Many insurance policies have an out-of-network benefit which may reimburse you for a portion of your payment. Our practice manager can provide guidance with this process.
