Meet Dr. Fowler
Dr. Fowler is board-certified adult psychiatrist who works using a variety of psychotherapy techniques as well as psychopharmacology. She specializes in depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties and emotional distress related to medical illness and psychosocial stressors.
Dr. Fowler believes that medication management is most effective when utilized in combination with psychotherapy and uses a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, interpersonal and psycho-educational psychotherapy. She takes a holistic approach to patient care with treatment tailored to the individual, exploring all areas of a patient’s life including family, relationship, work, health to help each person return to a functional and joyful life.

Dr. Fowler received her medical doctorate from the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich, Germany and completed her residency in psychiatry at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.

Insurance Information
Dr. Fowler participates with United Healthcare and our office will file claims for you. Many insurance policies have an out-of-network benefit which may reimburse you for a portion of your payment. Our practice manager can provide guidance with this process.
